Eric Lamarche brings over 15 years of experience as a real estate professional and business owner. His career has been defined by a strategic evolution: after a decade dedicated to residential real estate, he made a decisive pivot in 2018 toward the commercial, medical, and industrial sectors.
Having personally managed major companies in transportation, logistics, and maintenance, Eric possesses a unique understanding of his tenants' operational challenges. In 2023, the sale of his operating businesses allowed him to dedicate himself exclusively to managing and growing his real estate portfolio, introducing a "partner-owner" approach focused on practical solutions.
Today, he leads a vertically integrated ecosystem where every entity is aligned to provide agile support and long-term stability to those who occupy his spaces.
